What are e-Statements?
e-Statements are a convenient and secure method for receiving your credit union statements through your computer.
Where can I view e-Statements?
Log in to your home banking account, and click on the E-Statements link listed under Services.
How do I enroll in the e-Statement program?
Log in to your home banking account. Click on the E-Statements link listed under Services, and follow the prompts. Alternately, you can stop in to any of our branches and request to have e-Statements enabled on your account. Enrolling in e-Statements will give you instant access to your three most recent statements and cancel your monthly mailed paper statement.
What software do I need to view e-Statements?
e-Statements are in PDF format. PDFs are viewable with Adobe Reader, available free from Adobe’s website. Click here to learn more about Adobe Reader.
How many e-Statements can I view?
Your e-Statements are hosted on a secure server for 24 months online. If you wish, you can print or save them to your computer for future reference.
How will I know when my newest statement is available?
We will e-mail you when your statement is available. You can then log in to your home banking account to view your e-Statement.
