- How do I activate home banking access for my account?Please stop in to a Members Credit Union branch or call 929-2000 or 800-765-0110 to initiate the process for activating your account. You will be issued a temporary password to access your account.
- How do I log in?
From our home page, enter your account number in the space provided and click Login. Your account number is listed on your Members Credit Union membership card. Make sure when entering your account number to omit the check digit listed separately from your account number.
- My password is not working!
Our passwords are case-sensitive, meaning ‘a’ and ‘A’ are recognized by the system as two different characters. Make sure your Caps Lock is off before entering your password. If you continue to encounter problems with your password, contact Member Services at 929-2000 or 800-765-0110.
- My account is locked. What happened?
To protect your account from unauthorized access, accounts are locked out from the system after a set number of access attempts made with invalid information. To unlock your account, contact Member Services at 929-2000 or 800-765-0110.
- What is Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?
Multi-Factor Authentication is an added layer of security to prevent unauthorized access to your account. When you begin using the home banking system, you will be prompted to enter information for your MFA preferences.
- What is a “Secret Phrase” in MFA?
The secret phrase is a word or phrase you select to be assigned to your account. When you log in to your account, the secret phrase will appear on your password prompt screen. Do not enter your account password as your secret phrase.
