Home Equity Line of Credit*
A variable rate product based on the value of your home, with a minimum credit limit of $5,000.

Members Choice Home Equity Line of Credit*
A variable rate product based on the value of your home with a minimum credit limit of $15,000. A Members Credit Union checking account and $2,500 minimum credit card required to qualify.

Platinum Home Equity Line of Credit*
A variable rate product based on the value of your home with a minimum credit limit of $25,000. A Members Credit Union checking account and $2,500 minimum limit credit card required to qualify.

Home Equity Loan*
A fixed rate product with a maximum term of 10 years (120 months) with an allowable loan amount is based on the value of your home.

Thinking about building that dream home? We offer a 9 month term with a fixed rate. The loan is made in the form of a line of credit with only the interest payment due each month in the 9 month period. *

Vacant Land Loans

Want to buy your building lot today? Looking for hunting land or just a weekend getaway? Finance your property with our vacant land loan. We offer a fixed rate, 5 year balloon with a 15 year amortization and will finance up to 80% of your property value. *

Mobile Home Loans

We offer mortgages on Mobile Homes that are located on private lots. *
