Business Accounts

Members Credit Union offers Non-Profit Accounts to Public Corporations, Charitable Corporations, Charitable Organizations, and Unincorporated Associations.

There is no monthly share or checking account fee. We require the following documentation to open these accounts:

Public Corporation

  • Articles of Incorporation, Minutes Authorizing Signer(s)
  • Examples: Township, Village, School District

Charitable Corporation

  • Articles of Incorporation, Minutes Authorizing Signer(s)
  • Examples: American Red Cross, Father Fred, Womens Resource Center

Charitable Organization

  • Articles of Organization, Secretary of State Registration Number, or Confirmation Letter from National Organization
  • Examples: Boy Scouts of America, Girl Scouts

Unincorporated Association (Clubs)

  • Minutes Authorizing Signer(s)
  • Examples: Bowling League, Car Collector Association

Members Credit Union offers Business Accounts to Sole Proprietorships, Co-Partnerships, Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Partnerships, and Limited Liability Companies.

There is a $5.00 monthly checking account fee. We require the following documentation to open these accounts:

Sole Proprietorship

  • Trade Name/Assumed Business Name, DBA Registration
  • Examples: Individual Operating Business

Co-Partnerships, Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Partnerships

  • Copy of Co-Partnership Agreement
  • Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships Copy of Application Filed with Secretary of State and Registration Number

Limited Liability Company

  • Articles of Organization, Secretary of State Registration Number
